Bidding Just Got Easier
All Silent Auction items will be run through our online bidding site. Whether you are able to attend in person, or want to bid from the comfort of your own home, STQC is excited to provide everyone the opportunity to bid on our one-of-a-kind items.
How to Start Bidding

- Visit our bidding site by scanning the QR code with your phone.
- Choose "Get Started" and follow the prompts to register to bid.
- You will receive a ‘Welcome’ text with your bidder link.
- View all items and start bidding!
- If you are outbid, you will receive a text and email notification.
- If you do not receive a notification saying you’ve been outbid on an item, you are the winning bidder on that item.
- Max bids may be set. If your bid is the highest, the system will automatically bid in your favor until you are outbid or the auction closes.
Close of Auction
- The Online Silent Auction will close at 9:30 pm.
- Winning bids will be processed using the credit card number provided upon registration for the auction.
- Winners who are present will be verified and may take their items with them.
- Winners who are not present, will be contacted the following Monday by one of our team members to transfer all package information and arrange any delivery of goods.
